Many thanks for the beautifully crafted Duchess Ring that my fiance bought me. It's so clear and we like the cut of the diamond that sparkles in every angle we look at it! We love watching it sparkle in the sun and with some indoor warm lighting. It's dazzling really well and we love it! We also like the set of our Duchess ring. The simple and minimal frame makes this one piece ring extra elegant. We fell in love with it as soon as it was put on my finger!

On another note, we also like the presentation of the box. We like the big navy box, the smaller box that keeps our ring safely in the middle with a ribbon underneath for easy lifting. We can see how much attention 1791 paid to the details from making the ring to the delivery to the end user!

We also appreciate the fact that our order is followed up closely by a designated customer service person. It makes the whole shopping experience a trusted and enjoyable one. It's true we didn't know what to expect as we're ordering something so special and precious online. Assurance and somebody who could advise us from Day 1 when my fiance called and given detailed explanation did assure us we're on safe hands and being looked after! We love the ring very much! I had something specific in mind for my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and 1791 couldn't have made it easier. I told Designer Alice roughly what I was after and within a day I had a beautiful rendered image of the ring design sitting on my desktop that you could have sworn was a photo of the real thing. So from idea to reality in about 48 hours, not bad! We were easily able to make a couple of small design tweaks, and the result was stunning. Right through the process from design to the paperwork afterwards was a pleasure and I would highly recommend 1791 to anyone looking for value for money and an outstanding result. I know my wife loved it :)
