Your staff came across as legitimately interested in my personal endeavour to create the perfect ring & at no time did I ever feel like my input wasn't valued or incorporated. Every detail was important to me, from the ring's design to the diamonds, so when I was advised & listened to in equal measure I knew I'd made the right choice. Best of all were the results...wow! I went to the post office to grab the parcel this morning, and recieved in my hands a medium sized box.... hmmm... strange... its.... bigger than i thought!!

I carefully unhitched the bubble wrap and held quite a unique presentation box... upon opening that box I found another! and then finally the ring. I sat in my beat up rusting car in the morning sun outside the postoffice and was literally blinded by the flashes of colour reflecting off the diamond.

Not only was your site easy to use, but during the entire process I have been guided through in a courtious and professional manner at every stage, from diamond selection to the delivery.
