I told Alice about the symbols that reflected our relationship and sent images of ideas that I liked. she captured the essence of the design elements in a way that I had not even imagined. You may be forgiven for thinking that solitaire diamond engagement rings are all much of a muchness; the traditional and most common style for diamond engagement rings, featuring a simple gold band and a single diamond. La Prima from 1791 Diamonds is a sleek, contemporary style characterized by its elegantly shaped shoulders. The diamond is a beautiful round brilliant with the characteristic sparkle for which this diamond cut is renowned. The four prong setting is stylish yet unassuming and does not overpower the diamond. The ring band is available in either 18kt yellow gold, 18kt white gold or platinum. All are stunning; the most suitable one for your ring largely comes down to personal preference and budget. Bear in mind that platinum is harder, therefore more durable, than gold and is more expensive. Platinum is also hypo-allergenic.
Although this design is quite simplistic it is incredibly elegant and will be sure to capture attention.
