I was referred to 1791 diamonds by a friend who also brought his ring online. He told me he had no problems with the customer service, choices of rings and the easy payment options.

The Fiorella style ring really stood out to me from the rest. I really liked how the diamond sits close to the band of the ring, also the princess cut diamonds down each side.

Once I made the initial phone call to get the ball rolling, I knew I was in good hands, all the way to delivery of the ring. I just want to thank the whole team at 1791 diamonds for all their efforts.

Many thanks for the beautifully crafted Duchess Ring that my fiance bought me. It's so clear and we like the cut of the diamond that sparkles in every angle we look at it! We love watching it sparkle in the sun and with some indoor warm lighting. It's dazzling really well and we love it! We also like the set of our Duchess ring. The simple and minimal frame makes this one piece ring extra elegant. We fell in love with it as soon as it was put on my finger!

On another note, we also like the presentation of the box. We like the big navy box, the smaller box that keeps our ring safely in the middle with a ribbon underneath for easy lifting. We can see how much attention 1791 paid to the details from making the ring to the delivery to the end user!

We also appreciate the fact that our order is followed up closely by a designated customer service person. It makes the whole shopping experience a trusted and enjoyable one. It's true we didn't know what to expect as we're ordering something so special and precious online. Assurance and somebody who could advise us from Day 1 when my fiance called and given detailed explanation did assure us we're on safe hands and being looked after! We love the ring very much! I went to the post office to grab the parcel this morning, and recieved in my hands a medium sized box.... hmmm... strange... its.... bigger than i thought!!

I carefully unhitched the bubble wrap and held quite a unique presentation box... upon opening that box I found another! and then finally the ring. I sat in my beat up rusting car in the morning sun outside the postoffice and was literally blinded by the flashes of colour reflecting off the diamond.

I was initially interested in your company as my choice for an engagment ring because your site steers away from the now prevalent tacky and fanciful image of offering "amazing deals on diamonds and gold". Not only was your site easy to use, but during the entire process I have been guided through in a courtious and professional manner at every stage, from diamond selection to the delivery.

Yourself, your company and the business you do is a credit to the jewellery industry.

I also had a hidden desire that I wasnt going to just recieve a ring in a ring box... It was a treat to find that you (mindread?!) go that extra mile to impress your clients. But it should be said this has been your outward goal the entire way.

The timeless Fiorella design boasts a classic four claw solitaire, but with that 'little something extra'. The channel set princess diamonds add a significant amount of fire and brilliance to the design and help in leading the eye right to the stunning centre round brilliant diamond.
