I was drawn to the Deep Blue ring because it was notably different to anything I had seen pounding the pavement around Auckland. I wanted to make sure that my partner had a ring that she wouldn't see for sale in a every shopfront window of every mall she went to. It is truly one of a kind, she is always getting compliments about how unique and beautiful it is. The ring and setting obviously had a lot of design input, being both elegant and robust. My new fiancee is very active and I had to ensure that the ring would fit her lifestyle and she wouldn't feel nervous wearing it. The meticulous craftsmanship was evident when I opened the box, it will certainly stand the tests of time.

Like many people, I would normally be concerned about making a massive financial commitment online without any face-time. My experience with 1791 was perfect. I found the whole website easy to use and love the fact you can pick and choose what ring you like and what diamond as well. I was a little unsure with what I was buying without seeing it first hand although when I spoke to a 1791 representative her recommendation was clear and very informative. Delivery of the ring was excellent and the whole process was very simple. When the ring arrived it was better than I imagined.

The enchanting Deep Blue diamond ring is one of my personal favourites. The stunning marquise diamond shape gives the impression of the diamond stretching across your finger, making it look like the diamond is larger than actual. The deep blue colour sapphires are channel set in a perfect row giving the impression of the moon rising over the ocean on a still and calm night. Indeed, that was exactly the inspiration for Alice Herald when she designed this ring.
