In this section we cover: How Long Does it Take to Make My Engagement Ring?Delivery times are calculated from the time that payment is received for an order. From that point, you can expect delivery to be 12-15 days. If you have a very urgent delivery deadline, please let Customer Services know when you place the order for your Engagement Ring. We can sometimes accommodate faster delivery times. Please use the Enquire button above to ask any questions about delivery. How Do You Deliver My Engagement Ring?For United Kingdom Engagement Ring orders, we will deliver to you via signed courier. For international deliveries, we use Fed Ex - please enquire for an indication of delivery times to your location. All packages will require a signature upon delivery. We will send your Engagement Ring to the shipping address that you give us. Customer Services will contact you prior to booking the courier, to inform you of the expected delivery date and time. Please make sure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery. Will My Engagement Ring be Insured in TransitYour Engagement Ring will be covered by our insurance until the courier delivery is signed for at the delivery address. We recommend you should arrange your own insurance after that. It is likely that it can be added to you home and contents insurance, but we advise you contact your insurer to check that and to confirm the value of the Engagement Ring.
